Bill Woolard was a member of
the Charlotte Central Lions Club. He was
elected President of the Lions Club International
in June, 1989, the second International President from North Carolina.
The Woolard "Partner-In-Service" program supports
the North Carolina Lions Foundation (NCLF) programs
and services. It was established to honor Bill
for his many contributions to Lionism.
Anyone, Lion or non-Lion, can become a Woolard Partner
by contributing $100 to $1,500 to the North Carolina Lions
Foundation (NCLF).
